it comes from the Salman Rushdie book Haroun and the Sea of Stories. my elementary school read it when i was in grade 2 or 3 i think, it’s always stuck with me. a moon called Kahani’s orbit is controlled by “processes to complicated to explain” P2C2E. i just remember that i loved the imaginative world he created.
